Our business sale processes are resource-intensive so we choose our clients carefully.  Before we undertake a client mandate, we objectively assess that client’s value expectations, the readiness of the business for a sale process and the likelihood of a successful outcome. Our clients’ businesses typically:

  • Have EBITDA greater than $3 million
  • Could continue to operate smoothly if the owner left for three months
  • Have professional financial reporting and record keeping
  • Are sustainable with reasonably stable revenue
  • Are in an industry where current market conditions are conducive to a successful sale
