Miguel joined Valitas as an Incoming Analyst and brings experience in financial analysis, financial management and strategy consulting. Prior to joining Valitas, he worked at CIBC, where he supported enterprise initiatives through stakeholder coordination, financial management and performance analysis. Previously, Miguel worked within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice, supporting engagements focused on value creation, market expansion and digital strategy. His background provides financial and strategic perspectives to business decisions.

Miguel earned a degree in Economics with a minor in International Business from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.

Nikita brings experience in strategic decision-making and value creation, and has joined the team as an Incoming Analyst at Valitas. Prior to Valitas, Nikita worked at Zurich Insurance, where she built financial models to evaluate business performance and partnered with senior leadership to inform strategic planning.

Nikita earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto, graduating with Distinction and specializing in Finance and Economics with a focus in Data Science. She was also awarded the University of Toronto International Scholar Award.

Susie is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, finance, corporate restructuring, and operations, from start-ups to global multi-billion-dollar companies. In addition to her advisory role with Valitas, she is a Certified Sales Leader, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and President and Founder of Elevated Results Inc., which provides SMBs with fractional sales leadership. Previously, she was Vice President, Sales and Marketing at a major Canadian transportation and logistics company and Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at a global consulting firm. She enjoys travel and summer boating with her family.

Rob Seguin is the Managing Partner of Thrive Partnership Group since 2003, offering global clients organizational health consulting services ranging from Culture Strategy navigation to Strategic and Brand Planning facilitation, to High-Performance Team development and Leadership coaching.

His two decades of global corporate experience, primarily in the Life Science industry in sales, business development, marketing and business unit leadership culminated in leading the global launch of Botox Cosmetic in 2001, starting in Canada.

Patrice Graves is Founder and CEO of coNEXTions, an advisory and execution firm that helps investors and business leaders build the leadership, organizational structure, and capabilities needed to scale. She brings more than 30 years of experience translating business strategy into practical people and organizational changes across public and private equity-backed companies. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer of an Endeavour Capital portfolio company and Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NCR. Her career also includes roles at AECOM, Raytheon, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, and Pennzoil-Quaker State.
