As a seasoned process improvement and management professional, Mimi Bowen has diverse industry experience in designing and leading transformative enterprise-wide programs. She has advised and partnered in improving processes cross-functionally from Marketing to Maintenance and Finance to Human Resources. Mimi has led or been a major contributor in delivering over $200 million in financial impact.

Mimi earned a Master in Policy & Administration (with Distinction) from Baylor University in Texas and holds an Honours B.A. in Political Science from McMaster University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has trained and certified approximately 1,000 White, Green and Black Belts.
