Paul has over 25 years of experience in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry, having worked for a series of leading multinational and privately owned companies in senior director and global roles.

Paul commenced his career as the Managing Director of Air Menzies International in London, where he was responsible for growing the organization from IATA #7 to IATA #3 in 3 years. Paul was instrumental in digitalizing the company’s processes and created pioneering solutions for air cargo bookings. Following a relocation to Australia in 2003, Paul worked for Kuehne + Nagel for 2 years, leading their oil and gas operations. In 2005, Paul was appointed as a Managing Director of Eagle Global Logistics for Australia and New Zealand. Paul also sat on the EGL Asia Pacific board, later as an Asia Pacific board member for CEVA.

Paul returned to the UK in 2011 and led sales for CEVA across Europe. In 2016, Paul transitioned to work with SMEs and founders within the logistics industry. Between 2016-18, he supported the Chairman/Founder of Horizon International Cargo in preparing the business for sale. Paul then joined Woodland Group in 2019 and spearheaded a major growth program and supported various acquisitions across the UK. Paul has since established a niche in the UK as a leading ‘go-to’ person for M&A and Corporate Advisory. Currently, Paul works with a series of global executives and has an expansive personal network of UK-based, privately owned enterprises. His interests and focus areas span all aspects of freight forwarding, warehousing, general haulage, and e-fulfilment.
